The 20-storey hostel at Malad began operations in November 2023. It boasts a capacity to host 375 women in spacious 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. They are in a configuration of 4 beds to a 1BHK apartment and 6 beds to a 2BHK. Each apartment has a pantry area stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and water purifier.
The first four floors are filled with amenities such as a vegetarian meals canteen, library, well-equipped gym, indoor games area and outdoor lawn.
Resident quarters begin from 5th floor onwards.
Each room is equipped with a security camera installed at the door. Every resident has their own unique access key to enter their rooms. Once inside, the room doors automatically get locked and cannot be opened from outside.
