The 20-storey hostel at Malad began operations in November 2023. It boasts a capacity to host 375 women in spacious 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. They are in a configuration of 4 beds to a 1BHK apartment and 6 beds to a 2BHK. Each apartment has a pantry area stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and water purifier.
The first four floors are filled with amenities such as a vegetarian meals canteen, library, well-equipped gym, indoor games area and outdoor lawn.
Resident quarters begin from 5th floor onwards.
Each room is equipped with a security camera installed at the door. Every resident has their own unique access key to enter their rooms. Once inside, the room doors automatically get locked and cannot be opened from outside.

This 9-storey all-inclusive tech powered luxury hostel is located in the heart of Juhu with close proximity to NMIMS and Mithibai College. It boasts a capacity to host 99 girls in spacious single occupancy, twin sharing and triple sharing rooms. Each apartment has a pantry area stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and water purifier.
Each room is equipped with fingerprint access door lock system, which enables you to take complete control of your safety and security. Entry and exit in the premise in manned by well-trained 24x7 security personnel along with face recognition tech enabled entry and exit system. Thus, every resident can access her room through her own fingerprint without hassle of keys or cards. Once inside, the room doors automatically get locked and cannot be opened from outside.
